Job summary

Farsight AI, based in Manhattan, seeks a Platform Engineer to architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure for its cutting-edge AI platforms. You’ll own deployment pipelines, IaC, monitoring, and security across hybrid configurations, collaborating closely with product teams to align infrastructure with business goals.

You will lead the design and implementation of resilient cloud environments, streamline CI/CD, and optimize costs while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and hybrid deployments within regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage robust cloud infrastructure to support advanced generative AI workloads at scale.
• Streamline and optimize our CI/CD platform to maintain rapid and reliable deployments.
• Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions (AWS CDK, CloudFormation) for repeatable and scalable deployments.
• Develop comprehensive monitoring, logging, and observability strategies to maintain high system availability.
• Ensure infrastructure adheres to rigorous security standards and compliance requirements.
• Manage and orchestrate large-scale microservice architectures and their associated communication protocols.
• Proactively identify areas for infrastructure improvements, including efficiency, cost optimization, and performance enhancements.
