DOSS is building an Operations Cloud to help real-world product businesses manage procurement, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and finance in real time. The candidate will design a flexible data model, implement versioned migrations, and develop AI-assisted tooling to evolve schemas across multi-tenant production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience building large-scale ETL pipelines on databases (Postgres, Elasticsearch, DuckDB, Memgraph or similar).
• Deploying reliable web applications using cloud services.
• Working with abstractions to build scalable graph-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design the core EAV data model and schema-as-code platform.
• Build a Git-style version-control and migration engine for live production tenants.
• Engineer AI-assisted tooling to propose and apply new schemas and workflows.
• Scale the data warehouse for analytics and automation workloads.
• Create declarative APIs and SDKs for operations as code with strong security and tenancy.
• Deliver end-to-end observability and AI-native search across data domains.
• Build enterprise guard rails into a composable system to detect anomalous patterns.
• Mentor and shape engineering culture in collaboration with product and design.
