Job summary

DOSS is building an Operations Cloud for the real world. A modern AI-native platform helps physical product businesses manage the flow of goods, dollars, and data in real time across procurement, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and finance.

You will design the core EAV data model and schema‑as‑code powering every customer’s instance, build a Git‑style migration engine, and scale a data warehouse for analytics with end‑to‑end observability and guard rails.

Qualifications

• Experience designing large-scale ETL pipelines on databases (Postgres, Elasticsearch, DuckDB, Memgraph).
• Experience deploying web apps using cloud services and modern infra tooling.
• Ability to work with graph-based architectures that scale and evolve.

Responsibilities

• Design the core EAV data model and schema‑as‑code platform powering customer instances.
• Build a Git‑style version‑control and migration engine for live tenants.
• Engineer AI‑assisted tooling to propose and apply new schemas and workflows.
