Job summary

DOSS is building an Operations Cloud for real-world product businesses, delivering a flexible data model and AI-assisted tooling to automate workflows. This role focuses on an extensible EAV schema, versioned migrations, and enterprise-grade observability across supply-chain data.

You will scale analytics and build declarative APIs to empower ops teams, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product and design to replace traditional ERPs with resilient systems.

Qualifications

• Expertise building large-scale ETL on databases like Postgres, Elasticsearch, DuckDB, Memgraph.
• Experience deploying reliable web applications in the cloud.
• Experience building graph-based architectures that scale.
• Strong communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical teammates.
• Taking ownership of problems and pushing work forward without constant direction.
• Making sound technical decisions and understanding tradeoffs.
• Breaking down ambiguous problems and driving execution.

Responsibilities

• Design the core EAV data model & schema-as-code platform powering every customer's instance.
• Build a Git-style version-control + migration engine for live production tenants.
• Engineer AI-assisted tooling that uses foundation models to propose and apply new customer schemas.
• Scale our white-labeled data warehouse (BigQuery/Snowflake-like) for high-volume analytics.
• Create Terraform-like declarative APIs & SDKs for treating processes as code with strong security.
• Deliver end-to-end observability & search across supply-chain, finance, and ops data.
• Mentor and shape engineering culture, collaborating with product and design.
