Job summary

DOSS is building an AI-native Operations Cloud for real-world product businesses, enabling AI-powered procurement, inventory, orders, and finance with live data. You will own applied AI across Dossbot, schema generation, and agentic automations that transform back-office busywork into reliable background processes.

Qualifications

• Shipped LLM-powered features to production at scale.
• Hands-on work with foundation model APIs, RAG, tool use/function calling, and prompt engineering.
• Designed guardrails and eval harnesses for non-deterministic AI.
• Strong backend fundamentals for multi-tenant web apps.

Responsibilities

• Own the applied AI architecture end-to-end: model selection, orchestration, RAG, evals, guardrails, costs.
• Build Dossbot as the primary interface for operations: NL search, analysis, and automation over live data.
• Engineer AI-assisted tooling to propose and apply customer schemas on production tenants.
• Design agentic workflows with tenant isolation and safety within guardrails.
• Stand up observability infrastructure to measure quality and detect regressions.
• Partner with product/design/FD teams to deliver high-leverage AI use cases.
• Mentor engineering culture and raise the bar for LLM-powered systems.
