Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, IL licensure (or eligibility), and BLS within 30 days. Two years of PT experience is preferred, with opportunities for aquatic therapy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current Illinois licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide examinations, evaluations, and therapy diagnoses with documented prognosis.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.
• Educate patients about disease processes, equipment use, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Coordinate care with physicians, ensure proper documentation and billing.
