Memorial Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an on-site, full-time position in Illinois. You will deliver and coordinate comprehensive patient care, develop treatment plans, and contribute to departmental clinical growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, IL licensure (or pending), CPR certification, and 2 years of PT experience. A sign-on bonus up to $30,000 is available and benefits are provided.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed in Illinois or eligible for licensure; certification within 30 days of hire.
• Current CPR card required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive care to patients of all ages through evaluation, planning and implementation of a treatment plan.
• Advance the level of clinical expertise within the department and support staff development.
