Job summary

Clinical Solutions Pharmacy Services, a 100% female-founded closed-door pharmacy, seeks a full-time Pharmacist at the Lake Butler RMC facility in Florida. You will support clinical services and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is Florida-licensed, with hospital pharmacy experience, eager to learn sterile IV compounding, and ready to lead and train staff. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer.
Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing.
Minimum one year hospital pharmacist experience.
Strong desire to learn sterile IV compounding.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Interpret, verify, and process physician medication orders.
Review medication profiles for safety, allergies, interactions, dosing, and compatibility.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff.
Participate in quality assurance, medication safety, audits, and continuous improvement.
Assist with inventory management, controlled substances, and pharmacy operations.
Support development of pharmacy policies, procedures, and staff training.
Adhere to regulatory and company compliance, including OSHA, DEA, State Board of Pharmacy, and Clinical Solutions Code of Conduct.
