Responsibilities

• Interpret, verify, and process physician medication orders accurately.
• Review medication profiles for safety, allergies, interactions, and dosing.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Participate in quality assurance, medication safety, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Assist with inventory management, controlled substances, and pharmacy operations.
• Develop and train pharmacy staff on policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company code of conduct.
• Maintain PPE and safety practices during duties.
