Job summary

Clinical Solutions Pharmacy in Lake Butler, FL is seeking a motivated Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our fast-paced team. This role supports sterile compounding operations, inventory management, quality assurance, and daily workflow for infusion medications.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The ideal candidate has an active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license and at least one year of experience in sterile compounding, with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license.
• Minimum one year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Minimum one year of experience with hazardous and non-hazardous sterile compounding in compliance with USP 797, USP 800, DEA, OSHA, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Ability to work in a sterile compounding environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile compounded medications under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Follow USP 797/800 and maintain aseptic technique and cleanroom procedures.
• Perform calculations and accurately prepare compounded products.
• Assist with preparation, labeling, packaging, and shipment of infusion meds.
• Maintain compounding logs, batch records and QA documentation.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and receiving medications.
• Ensure compliance with State Board, DEA, OSHA, and company policies.
• Support staff meetings and ongoing training; provide patient/customer service.
