Job summary

Capsule is a new kind of pharmacy delivering medications nationwide with same-day service. We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist to ensure accurate, timely delivery of prescription orders and provide counseling to customers.

You will handle processing, filling, inventory, and inquiries while collaborating with doctors, pharmacies, insurers, and courier teams to ensure a seamless patient experience in a dynamic workflow.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of pharmacy experience including prescription processing.
• Valid Pharmacist License in the state of employment.
• Resourceful, optimistic, creative, and collaborative.
• Ability to analyze and improve pharmacy processes.

Responsibilities

• Learn Capsule systems and manage internal and external pharmacy ops.
• Process, fill, inventory, and respond to customer inquiries for prescription orders.
• Communicate with doctors’ offices, pharmacies, and insurers to meet prescription needs.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth customer experience and coordinate with couriers.
• Provide counseling and drug information for prescription and OTC items.
