Job summary

Capsule is hiring a Staff Pharmacist in Miami to ensure accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders. You will learn Capsule systems and coordinate with internal teams, couriers, doctors’ offices, pharmacies, and insurers to meet patient needs.

With 1–2+ years of pharmacy experience and a valid license, you will counsel customers on prescription and OTC items, optimize workflows, and help build a high-quality patient experience in a fast-paced, innovative setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of pharmacy experience including prescription processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries.
• Valid Pharmacist License in the state of employment.
• Resourceful, optimistic, creative, and team-oriented.
• Ability to analyze and improve pharmacy processes.

Responsibilities

• Learn Capsule systems and manage internal and external pharmacy operations.
• Handle prescription orders: processing, filling, inventory, and customer inquiries.
• Communicate with doctors’ offices, pharmacies, and insurers to meet prescription needs.
• Collaborate with pharmacy colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience and coordinate with courier deliveries.
• Provide counseling and drug information for prescriptions and OTC items.
