Job summary

Capsule is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Minneapolis to ensure accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders. You will learn our systems, process prescriptions, manage inventory, and assist customers.

You will communicate with doctors, pharmacies, and insurers, collaborate with the courier team, and provide counseling on medications and OTC items. A valid state license and 1–2+ years of pharmacy experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of pharmacy experience including prescription processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries
• Valid Pharmacist License in the state of employment
• Resourceful, optimistic, creative, and team-oriented
• Ability to create a great customer experience and analyze pharmacy processes; full-time availability during operating hours

Responsibilities

• Learn our systems and manage internal and external pharmacy operations
• Process, fill, inventory, and respond to customer inquiries on prescription orders
• Communicate with doctors' offices, pharmacies, and insurers to meet prescription needs
• Collaborate with pharmacy colleagues and courier team to ensure smooth deliveries
• Provide counseling and drug information for prescription and OTC items
