Staff Pharmacist - Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension - Accredo - Remote (AZ, FL, IN, OH, PA, TN)

Position Details

This is a remote position. Ideal candidates must reside in Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Tennessee, preferably within an hour of our sites.

During the 2–3 month training period, hours will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Time. Post-training, shifts will be Wednesday through Saturday, either 9 am - 8 pm or 11 am - 10 pm EST, with candidates expected to be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physicians’ prescriptions and verify prescription details.
• Contact prescribers and patients to verify and expedite prescriptions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and verify controlled substances.
• Manage order status and resolve issues.
• Consult with patients on medication use and drug interactions.
• Train less experienced pharmacists and oversee pharmacy technicians.
