A leading healthcare company is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join their remote team. The role involves interpreting prescriptions, consulting with patients, and ensuring quality assurance. Staff Pharmacist - Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension - Accredo - Remote (AZ, FL, IN, OH, PA, TN) (Finance)
This is a remote position. The ideal candidate must reside in Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Tennessee, preferably within an hour of our sites.
During the approximately 2-3 month training period, hours will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Time for all candidates.
After training, the shift schedule will be Wednesday through Saturday, either 9 am - 8 pm or 11 am - 10 pm EST. Candidates must be open to working either shift to meet business needs.
The Staff Pharmacist interprets physicians' prescriptions, contacts prescribers and/or patients to verify prescription information, and expedites processing. Responsibilities include adhering to regulatory guidelines, tracking order status, consulting with patients on medication use and drug interactions, handling customer calls regarding orders or errors, maintaining quality and service levels, and training less experienced pharmacists.

For remote work, a broadband or fiber optic internet connection of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
