A leading healthcare company is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to interpret prescriptions, consult with patients, and ensure quality standards. This remote position requires a current pharmacist license and strong communication skills. Join a team dedicated to improving patient health through comprehensive care.
This is a remote position. The ideal candidate must reside in Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Tennessee and preferably within an hour of our sites.
Training Schedule: During the approximately 2-3 month training period, hours will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Time for all candidates.
Post-Training Schedule: Once training concludes, the shift will be Wednesday through Saturday, either 9 am - 8 pm or 11 am - 10 pm EST. Candidates must be open to working either shift to meet business needs.
The Staff Pharmacist interprets physicians' prescriptions, contacts doctors or prescribers and/or patients to verify prescription information, and expedites processing. Responsibilities include adhering to regulatory guidelines, tracking order status and issues, consulting with patients on medication use and interactions, handling customer calls regarding lost orders or errors, maintaining daily production and quality standards, and training less experienced pharmacists as needed.

For occasional or permanent remote work, a broadband or fiber internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds is required.
