Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications with safe and accurate practices and counsel patients.
• Oversee pharmacy operations when the Pharmacy Manager is not available.
• Support compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and safety procedures.
• Assist in immunization services and patient care as needed.
