Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Live CVS purpose by safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Oversee the pharmacy as proxy during shifts and coach the team.
• Ensure compliant pharmacy operations with regulations and safety standards.
• Support immunizations and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Maintain inventory and optimize workflow to protect cold chain products.
