Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Overseeing the pharmacy as proxy when manager is not present, coaching the team and following safety procedures.
• Assuming Pharmacy Manager’s duties when serving as primary pharmacist-on-duty.
• Supporting safe prescription fulfillment by adhering to workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Contributing to positive patient experiences through empathy and collaborative care with the patient’s healthcare team.
• Proactively offering immunizations and supporting technicians to learn immunization.
