Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking a staff pharmacist to monitor patient drug therapies, dispense medications, and provide drug information. In the absence of the pharmacy manager, you may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager.

Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy is required. A PharmD or BS with at least 2 years of direct patient care experience is preferred; current Illinois license or license pending with Letter of
