Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for the Branson area to process and verify medication orders, monitor therapies, and provide accurate drug information. You will supervise support staff and may assume pharmacy manager duties in their absence.

This is a rotating shift role with varied hours, part of the CoxHealth Pharmacy Float Pool in Missouri. Required: Bachelor's in Pharmacy with Missouri licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Pharmacy from ACPE-accredited school.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Preferred: 2 years healthcare setting or residency.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify medication orders.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide drug information.
• supervise and direct support personnel.
• In absence of the pharmacy manager, may assume the essential responsibilities of the pharmacy manager.
