Job summary

CVS Health in Menifee, CA is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead dispensing, counseling, and immunization services in a fast-paced retail pharmacy. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise team members during shifts, and ensure compliance with state regulations and safety protocols.

Required qualifications include an active Pharmacist license in California, an active NPI, and not being on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate, pivot between tasks, and ensure prescription label accuracy.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: assist people in a friendly manner and support patients.
• Communication: interact clearly with patients and colleagues and listen actively.
• Mathematical Reasoning: compute dispensing quantities and durations.
• Issue Resolution: address patient or colleague issues with appropriate action.
• Physical Demands: be mobile, lift, and handle items as needed.
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
