Requirements include an active Pharmacist license in the state, an active NPI, and compliance with DEA Excluded Parties. The role offers 40 hours per week and competitive pay plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Maintain patient safety and ensure prescription accuracy.
• Provide pharmacist-delivered clinical care and immunizations as permissible.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and lead the pharmacy team when needed.
