Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and lead the pharmacy team during shifts.
• Manage immunizations and patient care activities as permitted.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety procedures.
• Support inventory management and temperature‑controlled products.
