Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensing, counseling and immunizing practices to support patient health.
• Serve as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during shifts to maintain performance standards.
• Ensure safe prescription fulfillment and adherence to workflow procedures.
• Provide compassionate patient care and resolve insurance or medication issues.
• Assist with immunizations and coaching of Pharmacy Technicians.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
