Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframe.
• Provide safe and accurate prescription dispensing and patient counseling.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager and oversee the pharmacy operations as needed.
• Deliver clinical services and immunizations where permissible.
