Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and accurate dispensing and counseling to patients
• Support Pharmacy Manager and assume duties when needed
• Deliver immunizations and coach pharmacy staff on immunization practices
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guardrails
• Assist in inventory management with focus on cold chain products
• Address insurance and medication issues to improve patient experiences
• Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance with state Board of Pharmacy requirements
