Job summary

CVS Health Minnesota is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead the pharmacy team, supervise daily operations, ensure safe dispensing and patient counseling, and support the Pharmacy Manager.

You will deliver immunizations, manage inventory, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, and help improve patient outcomes in our community. This role includes ongoing education and CME participation to keep clinical skills current.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients.
• Oversee pharmacy team during shifts and coach staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Provide immunizations and patient care services.
• Manage inventory and cold chain handling within the pharmacy.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
