Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Oversee pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager.
• Support immunization services and patient care initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state board of pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
