Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Oversee the pharmacy as proxy when needed and support the Pharmacy Manager
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient safety
• Provide immunizations and counseling to patients, and resolve insurance and/or medication issues
• Maintain compliance with state board regulations and CVS Health policies
