CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations at our retail location. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise the pharmacy team during shifts, and ensure safe dispensing, immunizations, and patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes patient-centric care, adherence to regulations, and collaboration with the broader CVS Health team to deliver high-quality health services to the community.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Overseeing the pharmacy as proxy during bench shifts.
• Cannassa providing counseling and immunizing services where permitted.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures.
• Support pharmacy team with insurance and medication issue resolution.
• Assist with inventory management and cold chain protection.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
