Responsibilities

• Help manage patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during shifts.
• Ensure compliant, accurate prescription fulfillment and workflow safety.
• Coach the team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Coordinate immunizations and support technicians in immunization delivery.
• Maintain inventory controls, especially cold chain products.
