Qualifications

• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Overseeing the pharmacy as a proxy when needed and coaching the team to improve performance.
• Assumes Pharmacist-on-duty duties when acting as the primary pharmacist.
• Ensure safe prescription fulfillment by following procedures and safeguarding patient information.
• Support patient experiences with empathy and collaboration with total healthcare team.
