Job summary

CVS Health Staff Pharmacist role focused on delivering patient-centered care in a CVS Pharmacy setting. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise the team during shifts, and ensure safe and accurate dispensing, counseling, and immunization services when permitted.

You will uphold regulatory standards, maintain inventory control, and engage with the broader healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ensure accurate prescription labeling and patient safety through proper verification and dispensing.
• Provide patient counseling and immunization services where permissible; support pharmacy team during busy periods.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
