Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription information and labeling accuracy for patient safety.
• Provide compassionate patient care and effective counseling.
• Support pharmacy operations and inventory management, including cold chain products.
• Assist in immunization services and collaboration with the healthcare team.
