Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframe.
• Provide patient counseling and clinical care as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
• Oversee and support pharmacy team during shifts as needed.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and follow dispensing procedures.
• Immunize patients where permissible and support immunization services.
• Maintain inventory with focus on cold chain products and proper stock levels.
• Adhere to state laws and CVS Health policies for patient safety and privacy.
