Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task and pivot quickly between tasks to meet patient and business needs.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner and understand patients' reactions.
• Communication Skills: use verbal and written communication to interact with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning: use math to determine prescription details such as days supply and bottle quantities.
• Issue Resolution: identify challenging patient or colleague interactions and choose the best course of action.
