Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Florida to lead a pharmacy team and oversee daily operations. The role emphasizes patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance while supporting the Pharmacy Manager and supervising Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.

Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
Responsibilities
- Lead with Heart and provide empathy and compassion for patients and colleagues.
- Support and supervise Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
- Oversee pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory and financial profitability.
- Identify business opportunities and implement solutions to drive growth and improve performance.
- Adapt to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting and collaborate with others to deliver better outcomes.
