CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a part-time role in Florida. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise the Pharmacy Support Staff, and ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality patient care.

The position emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and efficient pharmacy operations. The role includes immunization services, loss prevention, inventory oversight, and opportunities to contribute to growth and improved patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
Immunization certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
Free of pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.

Aufgaben

Lead with Heart: show empathy and compassion for patients and colleagues.
Support Pharmacy Manager in oversight and operation of the pharmacy.
Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
Oversee inventory management, workflow, and profitability.
Drive customer service excellence and loss prevention.
Develop and mentor Pharmacy Support Staff and drive team performance.
Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy operations and patient outcomes.
