Ebenezer in Minnesota seeks a Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee daily pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional customer service.

You will supervise pharmacy staff, support workflow efficiency, ensure compliance with state rules, and apply sound judgment and leadership to foster a patient-centered, high-quality pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of pharmacy information systems and data entry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices and procedures.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Mathematical abilities such as proportions, percentages, area and volume; basic algebra.
• Pharmacist MN Board of Pharmacy.
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross).
• Immunization Certified in MN within 30 Days.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and enter prescriptions into the online pharmacy prescription system.
• Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds.
• Assist Pharmacist-In-Charge to train, coach, and manage pharmacy staff
• Create and maintain patient profiles and prescription information to provide accurate care.
