Job summary

Ebenezer in Minnesota seeks a Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee daily pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional customer service.

You will supervise pharmacy staff, support workflow efficiency, ensure compliance with state rules, and apply sound judgment and leadership to foster a patient-centered, high-quality pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

Proficient knowledge of pharmacy information systems and data entry.
Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices and procedures.
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
Mathematical abilities such as proportions, percentages, area and volume; basic algebra.
Pharmacist MN Board of Pharmacy.
Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross).
Immunization Certified in MN within 30 Days.

Responsibilities

Read, interpret, and enter prescriptions into the online pharmacy prescription system.
Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled.
Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds.
Assist Pharmacist-In-Charge to train, coach, and manage pharmacy staff
Create and maintain patient profiles and prescription information to provide accurate care.
