• 1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to work in other locations across the market as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely, counsel patients, and immunize as appropriate to patient care.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and supervise the pharmacy team during shifts.
• Ensure safe prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Help resolve insurance and/or medication issues to support patient experiences.
• Support immunization delivery and mentor Pharmacy Technicians as needed.
