CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Virginia for a part-time role. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise the team during shifts, and ensure safe dispensing and patient counseling in a busy retail pharmacy.

The position requires an active Pharmacist license in the state, reliable attendance, and the ability to handle a variety of patient needs while upholding regulatory standards and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required trainings within the designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely and counsel patients.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during shifts.
• Coach team to improve performance and ensure patient safety.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
