Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensing and counseling with emphasis on patient safety.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and lead the team during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy workflows and safety protocols.
• Assist with immunizations and patient care as needed.
• Maintain accurate medication stocking and cold-chain conditions.
