Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state you are employed
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supporting the pharmacy operation
• Lead pharmacy staff to ensure patient safety and quality of care
