Job summary

CVS Health’s Staff Pharmacist role places you at the forefront of patient care within our retail pharmacy network. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, lead the pharmacy team during shifts, and ensure safe dispensing, counseling, and immunization services to patients.

You will also help manage inventory, follow workflow procedures, and uphold regulations, while delivering compassionate care and maintaining a welcoming, compliant environment for patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living CVS Health values by guiding pharmacy team to deliver safe dispensing, counseling and immunizing practices.
• Acting as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts and coaching the team to improve performance.
• Support immunization delivery and collaborate with the patient's healthcare team to resolve issues.
