CVS Health is hiring a Staff Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations, coach the team, and ensure safe, compassionate patient care in a CVS store environment. You will dispense medications, counsel patients, immunize where permissible, and support the Pharmacy Manager in day-to-day duties.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Help manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Oversee the pharmacy during bench shifts and coach team performance for the Pharmacy Manager.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment and follow pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Assist in managing inventory and protect cold chain products.
• Provide holistic care by collaborating with the patient's healthcare team and resolving insurance issues.
