CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead and support the pharmacy team in a busy store environment. You will ensure safe dispensing, counseling, immunization services, and adherence to regulatory requirements while maintaining high patient satisfaction.

You will assist the Pharmacy Manager, supervise bench shifts, optimize workflow, and coach staff to deliver compassionate, accurate care and effective problem resolution for patients and their families.

Formación

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilidades

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Maintain patient safety and ensure accurate prescription labeling.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote teamwork.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and act as proxy during shifts as needed.
• Support immunization services and inventory management as required.
