Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Provide patient care with accurate prescription labeling and counseling.
