- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and patient safety.
- Provide immunizations and counseling to patients.
